STRIVE BASEBALL WINTER OFF-SEASON PROGRAM 2022-23

Strive is excited to Accurate Field House home!! All practices as well strength, and condtioning will be out of Accurate Field House.

The Registration for the Strive Baseball Off-Season Program is OPEN!! If you'd like to sign up, please fill out a registration form. If you would like more information, drop us a line at info@strivebaseball.com. 

• The Off-Season program will start on November 1st  and will run until March 7th. 
• Strength & Conditioning program prepared and carried out by professional trainers.
• Dryland Training will begin early November.
• Coaching carried by former Professional & Collegiate players.
• Custom Apparel Package.

• Tuesday's will be dedicated to bullpens, as well S/C
• Friday's will be dedicated to hitting, as well S/C
• Saturday's and Sunday's will be dedicated to, defense, fielding, and overall skill training.
• Offseason is essential for baseball players.  This is the time for players to improves their skills, speed, agility, and overall strength and condtioning. This will set the players up for improved success come the Spring season.
