The winter period or "Off-season" period will be used to improve all the skills for our players.
The period consists of video analysis along with professional drills carried by our coaching staff in order to improve the weakest areas in our players. These drills consist of but not limited to the following:
The stage consists of two mandatory practices per week with one optional practice on the weekend. In addition, Strive players will be training twice per week at WinSport Canada during this stage.
