Strive Baseball partnered with Make - A - Wish Foundation during our most recent Pro Camp to fulfil a young player's wish. Even though our program is committed to prepare our athletes to compete at the next level, we are also committed to give back to the community that strongly supports our program. In the end, it's about who you've lifted, who you made better, and most importantly, giving back after the final out is called out.
Work hard, be kind and amazing things will happen - Conan O'Brien
"The Strive Baseball program has exceeded our expectations on many levels. Since we have participated in other baseball programs, it’s easy to compare the many benefits Strive Baseball has to offer. The Strive coaches identify players abilities and potential for growth and development in an environment that incorporates fun and teamwork.
It’s not just baseball development. Coaches share, role model and instill healthy life skills, that players will benefit from not just on the baseball diamond but throughout their lives. I remember the one “end of the practice talk” the coaches had with the players about how to respect the practice facility by leaving it cleaner than the way they found it and that players are required to attend practice in a clean uniform.
Strive is different from other programs through the way they conduct their practices and demonstrate a genuine care for each of the players. The practices are designed so players are kept moving, they get lots of reps, and are they are constantly being coached while performing the reps so the skill is practiced correctly. Since players are enjoying themselves, they don’t even realize how much they are learning.
This interactive learning is not only shared by coaches but also provides the older players the opportunity to encourage and mentor the younger players during the practice as well. This builds confident and camaraderie within the program and among the players.
In conclusion, it’s about getting value for your money. I highly recommend the Strive Baseball program to families who wish to participate in an organized, transparent and engaging program where respect and individual development are the focus."
